Hi,
I want to make my homepage header transparent and I saw it’s possible with multiple header builder so I tried to do it with your youtube tutorial but I don’t have the option to control the transparency like in the video.
Hello, @Tair Domer,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully created multiple headers on your homepage. For your reference, we have attached screenshots illustrating the changes made.

Thank you, I see now in my site its transparent.
But now the logo is small than it was and also my account icon.
And the padding between the icons in the right side.
Hello, @Tair Domer,
We appreciate your prompt response.
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully adjusted the logo width and connection block widget spacing. This was done under Xstore > Theme options > Header builder > Multiple headers, which has effectively resolved the issue you were experiencing.

Hi,
I dont see it in my site..
Hello, @Tair Domer,
Thank you for your response.
We have conducted a thorough inspection of your website and found no issues on our end. The problem you are experiencing appears to be related to cache issues on your side.
As a temporary solution, we recommend deactivating the cache plugin on your website and temporarily disabling the Content Delivery Network (CDN). After implementing these changes, please check your website again.

Hi,
I saw it, but when I change anything the background return to white and I can’t make it again transparent..
Where can I customize the transparency of the background?
Now I customize the menu font size and the background color returned to white.
Hello, @Tair Domer,
Main Header settings > Background Color > here should be settings for transparent header – https://prnt.sc/_EJlYRlRUDOL , but it is not here on your site.
In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
