Not Load customize.php – is infinitely loading

    I don’t know how to solve it, I can’t get costumize.php to appear. I CANNOT customize anything:
    1. I have already downgraded from php 8.3 to 7.4

    2. I have already updated Patcher

    3. I have already reset Htacess

    4. Already change php to 7.1 / 7.2 and nothing

    5. I have already increased .phpinit

    6. I have already deleted Xtore Core and installed it again

    7. I have already deactivated all plugins and tested

    8. I have already deactivated Sales Booster and nothing

    9. I must have completed more tasks that I don’t remember

    I have already requested 16 help. And still nothing.

    I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO FINALIZE THIS PROJECT.

    Someone for the holy Christ! Would you help me?

    2/ Could you kindly provide a detailed description of your request or specify the goal you wish to achieve? Additionally, for us to assist you effectively, please provide your site’s wp-admin access credentials in the designated private content area.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Why using Loco Translator still cannot translate the theme?

    Can you please also tell us which texts are not translated?

    The Buy Now Button does not change to Buy, among others that you can see in the theme that is still in EN.

    When click on edit Head with customize mode. Several items do not open for customization (in the specification). Research, account, scholarship for example. The Buy Now Button does not change to Buy, among others that you can see in the theme that is still in EN.

    We have noticed that your website is currently in development mode. We recommend that you disable all caching plugins at this stage to ensure optimal performance and stability. Once your website is fully stable, you may re-enable these plugins.

    Additionally, we would like to inform you that all texts within the XStore theme and XStore Core plugin are designed to be translatable. Following your recent synchronization, we have successfully updated and translated the “Buy Now” button text. For your reference, we have attached an image that displays the updated button.

    If you still can’t translate any texts, please let us know. We’re ready to help you!
