    Please can you help. My site is hanging on the Pre-loading page on Internet Explorer and does not load pages at all. I have tried disabling and enabling Plugins, clearing cache, etc. and it still show the same?
    I looked at your demos via Explorer and it also comes up looking weird.

    Hello,

    We are working on improvements of theme CSS code and not of the up to date CSS rules are supported by out of date IE browser. Anyway, we’ll improve option of the support of the old browsers in the next updates because as we can see some users still check their websites using IE. Provide us with Dashabord and FTP access to your site to check the problem with your preloader.

    Thank you. Just to confirm that it is only on Explorer that the Pre-Loader loads and doesn’t load my site. Please see account login in PCA

    Hello,

    Thanks for wp-admin access, but we need FTP access (host, username, password, port) also. Please, contact your hosting provider to get FTP access.

    Hello,

    1) We logged in to wp account but don’t have access to backend http://prntscr.com/q0o5pb
    2) FTP directory is empty http://prntscr.com/q0o6hi
    3) You are using CloudFlare, so make sure that you installed, activated CloudFlare plugin and logged in to your account (Settings > CloudFlare) to allow us to clean the CDN cache.
