As I can see, products can be added to Cart – https://prnt.sc/ujj6hp What exactly doesn’t work? please describe the issue in more detail with screenshots.

It is working now but once a user selects an item (Ships from or Color) the item selected doesn’t show on the combo box after selecting which can be confusing to customers.

Your issue with the variation select is not related to theme because it works the same way even with the default theme Storefront https://gyazo.com/dd1172fe19ea56a8e2e09a0557be925e
So, contact Product Variations Swatches for WooCommerce plugin author because that select is the plugin select http://prntscr.com/ulumr2
