Not sending the right emails & font for the title wont dissapear

Hello,

I ran into two more problems.

– I made a template for the emails that are sent, but the shop still sends in the old demo format and not in my designed template. I used the xstore email builder
– my demo theme uses the DOSIS font for the titles, which I have changed several times, but it absolutely always reappears after a while.

1/ Could you, please record a video of the problem?

2/ We suggest that you go to the Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources and set them to Off.
Check Elementor global fonts – https://elementor.com/help/how-do-i-use-global-fonts-and-colors/ and settings of elements, for example – https://prnt.sc/pPqQQzvfNu34

Hi Rose,

I have already tried to change the rules for when the email is sent, but it keeps sending the wrong one. It is only workinf right when I test send directly from editor.
