Not showing any products un slider type widgets

Hello,
My website is not showing any product in 2nd,3rd n 4th tab pls check screenshot,

And my website still loading very very slow I done n try each and everything which you suggest and which I found on google still it taking much time to open.
As a result, My bounce rate is increasing highly.

Hello,

1) Provide us with FTP access to check the issue with the product tabs, please.
2) We see that Tawk.to Live Chat plugin slows down your site. Also, you use a lot of third-party plugins. We updated the theme to the latest version that includes speed improvements but your site is still slow.

Pls, find FTP Credietioals In a Private area. (1st point)

and My website load very slow from starting when I didn’t install the twak.io plugin you can check my last cases also.

So I don’t think because of tawk it performing or loading very slow.
I raised the same issue 5-6 times still not got any proper any satisfactory solution.

And also on many devices my banner and starting page not loading.

and this result after multiple try and reload.
Pls fix it or help me it’s very irritating for me and for my visitors also.
We shift our website from the last theme to xstore just coz of features you provide, but not we are thinking we make big mistakes.
coz we are running paid campaigns visitor also click on our ads but coz of slow speed and half showing website they leave.

Hello,

1) I have passed issue with the tabs to our developers. I’ll inform you once they fix the problem.

2) We have tested your site with the default theme – Storefront, and the site is not very fast https://prnt.sc/vdgpku We did everything that we could from our side to speed up the theme. We don’t have any other tools at this moment, unfortunately. The problem with the banners is also related to the slow loading of the images we suppose.

Really don’t want any explanation on the slow speed.

Hello,

1) Our developers still working on the issue with tabs. As a temporary solution, you can disable this option for the tabs element https://prnt.sc/vgsc2p
2) Looks like the problem with the Mobile menu button is caused by some an additional plugin on your site. Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , and check how it works then. Enable plugins one by one to find out which one causes the problem.

Hello,

1) Check the tabs now.
2) Problem was caused by this option http://prntscr.com/vhz6dn You are using a number of additional plugins and probably one of them does not fully support this option and generates error that breaks the other options like the menu.
