Nothing works after update… - by Jani11

Hi ,

I’ve just updated to the latest wordpress version, the latest xstore version and updated my plugins (revolution slider etc.).
Now, nothing on my website seems to work anymore. No rev sliders, shop page is only showing 1 picture (variable products aren’t showing anymore), when I try to edit a page with the visual composer it doesn’t work, prices not showing on product pages and so on…

I can’t seem to fix it, it is really urgent since we are a running business…
I hope for a quick response.

Hello,

Please, give the admin permissions for the temporary user that you created. Also, provide me FTP access.

Hello,

1) We never edit files via Dashboard because if we get any error then frontend will be locked and we won’t be able to do anything.
2) After theme update, you should update XStore core plugin if you see this message http://prntscr.com/dlofmw
3) Your problem was caused by WooCommerce Multilingual. If you want to use this plugin then all the other necessary WPML plugin should be enabled http://prntscr.com/dlohxu
I have disabled WC Multilingual and everything works fine.
