Hello,
What theme version are you using?
Sorry, but it’s difficult to help you without seeing a site and wp-admin panel.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Dear Eva.
we have the same problem. We bought the theme and we´re trying to setup our online store but I have this problem
Undefined variable: functions in …\themes\royal\framework\woo.php on line 1320
So we´re stopped
We´re in a hosting ISP. Perhaps some php variables?

Hello @Mentadata,
Please ask your host to enable allow_url_fopen function and then install all required plugins.
If the problem is still there after that please let us know.
Thank you.

Hi Eva,
thanks for your answerr.
I set this parameter to ON and when we tried to install the plugins, but the system “told” that the plugin hasn´t a valid header o something like that (I have the language in Spanish).
SO we can´t install the plugins
Downloading setup …/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/plugins/revslider.zip…
Failed dowenload. Not Found
Hello @Mentadata,
When I tried to upload plugins via FTP I got the error:
“Response: 550 Failed to change directory.”
Please check with your hosting provider if there any restrictions set for the folders.
Thank you.

EVA,
Please see the following prvate information
Eva,
I think that are two differents problems:
1.- woocommerce warning messages
2.- I can´t install the plug ins from the wp-theme installation
1: If we had deactivated the woocommerce plug in. The warning \woo.php on line 1320. disapear, Have sense because the warning s in the woo.php file (woocommerce file)
But with the woocommerce plug in deactivated I can´t install plug ins from the wp-theme page
I did the following test:
Go to plug-in –>add new –>upload new –> select plug in (zip format) -i sleected some Royal plug in from my local installation- And the plug in had installed without any problems. So I think that the wordpress has a problem to read the zip files installed with the theme.
Hi Eva,
did you detect the two problmes?
1.- woo.php looks likes is about this function et_support_multilingual_ajax
2.- Install plugins from the Roya installations. We have seen that you are installing some plug ins, one hour ago
We asume that the isuue is pending.
Can we help you?
Thanks in advance
