Noticing Unexpected Wishlist and Cart Counts

Hello, I have noticed when editing my website (when logged in as admin), that I am seeing different counts in both the wishlist and Cart areas at the top of my website. Is this cause for concern? Something that I forgot to switch on/off?

An example, I log in for the morning. I see 7 items in the wishlist and I did not add those. Afternoon, I see 12 items in the wishlist and also 3 in the cart. Evening, I see 18 items in the wishlist and 4 in the cart.

What is causing me to see this?

Could you please confirm if disabling the cache plugin resolves the issue?
