    Hello,

I have two products out of stock.

One is a simple product and is under 1. in private
Other is variable product and is under 2. in private

If you look on the variable product the notify me when stock is avaliable button spins. You can’t click it. It’s interesting that the simple product works.

I disabled wp rocket and it’s the same.

    thank you

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,

    Dear @TheOne,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you kindly provide us with the WP-Admin access credentials along with the URLs of the relevant products? This will allow us to investigate the issue for you.

Additionally, please note that the waitlist feature was originally designed to function only for simple products. If you are seeing it on variable products, it is possible that some code modifications were made in your child theme, which may be causing this behavior.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
