I am experiencing a very odd behavior in my PLP page under a one category. It appears in iPad landscape mode where it should link directly into right PDP but instead it links into another category page such as Oily Skin or Sensitive Skin.

Any ideas what is wrong in here?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

After browser resize you need to refresh the page to allow the script to recalculate the height.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @prosenberg,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you kindly check with your developers whether the issue persists when the Sticky Sidebar option is disabled? To deactivate this option, please navigate to Theme Options → WooCommerce → Shop Layout (https://prnt.sc/Hhyu2o5Sin38).

If the issue is caused by this setting, would it be possible to keep it disabled, or is it essential for your shop layout? Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,

    Dear @prosenberg,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We recommend trying our “Shop Archive Builder”, which is based on the “Elementor page builder”. This tool allows you to enable sticky sidebars and access many other useful features.

At this time, we do not have plans to address the sticky sidebar issue, as it is a highly specific and unique bug that we have been unable to replicate in our local environments.

For more details on how to use our “Shop Archive Builder”, please refer to our documentation:
    https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.

Should you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
