Hello. I was wondering if you can help me out with my site?

I’m not sure if its because I designed the header in elementor but when i click on my cart icon, instead of the off canvas showing it goes to my cart page? I thought it was my caching plugins so i disabled it but the issue still persist.

Would you be able to help me out with this? Please and thank you.

    Hello, @danny,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

hello. I disabled all my plugin . i left woocommerce, elementor and xstore core. I’ve also disconnected cloudflare. The issue still persist. can you help me? if i change the cart to open on hover instead of click, it works. However, on mobile you would need to click so the hovering wouldnt work for mobile.

    Hello, @danny,

    Thank you for your response.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. Kindly clear your browser cache and revisit your website to verify the changes.

To address the problem, we have disabled the site preloader under Elementor, which has effectively resolved the issue.
