Old image Data importing/visibility issue in xstore theme

Hi!

We used flatsome earlier and have a website that is 4 years old, but have redesigned everything on xstore and importing the data from the older website, but we are facing issues in assigning/calling/displaying images as the xstore theme is displaying images dating from date of purchase. So we are unable to view all the earlier images even if it is available in the database/backend.

Kindly let us know what is to be done in order to resolve this.

We’ve checked the situation on your site, and we do not see any problem from our theme side.
We’ve changed the image URL in the product description (Private Content) , so you can check “Universal Nutrition Animal Cuts” now.
About the situation with images in the Media library, we would recommend you contact your hosting provider and WordPress support. To confirm that this situation is independent of our theme, you can temporarily activate any other theme on the site and check the Media library content.
