On cart page the product title is not showing and not able to make scroll system on product page

On cart page the product title is not showing and not able to make scroll system on product page the gallery image should stay and right side description should scroll.

For example on “Long Island Iced Tea minimalistic t-shirt” product we do not see a place to scroll. Please provide the URL of the product you mean.
