Then I as an admin create a new user, he gets an email (new-acccount.png) about created new account with link to set his own password… But instead of theme form, he is being redirected to wordpress wp-actions.php (on-link-press.png)
BUT then I, as a user, use remind password from (email – forgot-password.png), it redirects perfectly, to what I need (on-change-password.-ress.png)
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Have you tested how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site? Please do this test.
If the issues persist independently of what theme is activated, it indicates that the question is not theme-dependent, and we advise you to contact WooCommerce support for assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
Best regards,

Checked, it looks like that your theme is not overriding the woocommerce templates
Maybe it is possible to send password not as url, but as plain one OR use reset password functionallity there your theme works fine
Dear @Benas,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, you can create a custom email template using our XStore Email Customizer. You can find detailed instructions in our documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/xstore-built-in-woocommerce-email-builder/. Additionally, you can make content adjustments within the email customizer to suit your specific needs.
Should you have any further questions or require additional support, please do not hesitate to submit a new topic on our support forum. We are always here to assist you.

I am familiar with the templates and use them effectively. However, my issue arises when an email is sent upon user creation. The link in the email redirects to the WordPress admin UI instead of my eShop UI (as happens with the reset password functionality). This inconsistency disrupts the overall user experience.
Is there a way to fix this URL to ensure it redirects to the eShop UI? Alternatively, could the email send the plain password with a note advising the user to change their password within their eShop account?
Dear @Benas,
I hope this message finds you well.
We wanted to kindly follow up regarding our previous inquiry. Unfortunately, we have not yet received your response about testing the redirection issue using the default Storefront theme. Could you please confirm if the issue persists with the Storefront theme as well?
Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with screenshots of your testing results. If the issue is indeed replicated while using the default Storefront theme, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.
Thank you for your cooperation, and please let us know if you have any questions or need further clarification.
Best regards,
