Hi

I have read all of your documentation and still can’t get the One Page anchor links working.

It seems like there is a missing option – http://prntscr.com/5ed7sb

Any ideas?

Hello,

You’re using old theme version. That feature is included in 1.5.1 version.
Please update the theme.

Hello,

First you need to install One page. Navigate to Theme Options->Inport/Export->and select One page.

Is there no way of switching to One Page after the fact?

Did you read the previous messages? I have thoroughly read all of your documentation and it still does not work as previously advised. Please advise on how to get this issue resolved ASAP as it has taken 4 days so far.

I have spent hours looking through your documentation and Theme settings and can’t resolve this.

Okay, so I have managed to add the anchor reference to the menu item (your documentation should really say that you have to save the menu item to see this option).

I can add the anchor to the row and I have set the page to One Page. I have done a test of a menu item with an anchor. Unfortunately this doesn’t work on the front end, I can see the link on the menu item is referencing a URL with an anchor (#) but when you click on the link nothing happens.

Hello, @VivaDigital,

You’re right, we’ll add note that you need to save menu to see anchor field. But I don’t understand your problem with navigation. I have added menu item About ( Custom Link! ) and it works fine.
So, to create one page menu you need:
1) Create one page, add anchors to rows.
2) Create menu: use Links to add menu items with anchors (not Pages!). Save menu.
3) Add anchors to menu items.
4) Select menu for One page

Hi

This still doesn’t work. The best I have managed to do is re-configure the ‘about’ menu option so it is ‘contact’.

But I now still need the ‘about’ menu option set up. I can add it to the menu but it doesn’t work on front end. Can you see if you can add at your end?

Also, client has reported that the Menu doesn’t work on her Galaxy tablet:
