Hi, I followed all of the documentation to set up my one page website menu and when I try t click on a menu item it goes to a 404 error. I tried replacing the URL with exactly what I put in the anchor and left it just the primary website address and neither are working.
Is there someone that can log on and see whats going on? I did everything that it says in the documentation.
Thank you so much for your help!
Noelle
Hello,
You’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update them.
Don’t forget to make backup site before update.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Robert Hall.
Thanks Robert,
Everytime I’ve tried to do update a theme like this the website gets completely ruined. Is there an easier way to do it? Why wouldn’t the one page menu work without updating? I don’t understand why it wouldn’t work even if the theme isn’t updated.
Thanks,
Noelle
Hello,
I’ve edited anchors in rows settings in your home page editor and the settings in Appearance > Menus. Please clear browser cache and check main menu now.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
