One page navigation not working - by cmzurita

Hi.

I made a website using the Architecture demo but the one page navigation isn’t working as it should. I have followed the instructions and everything seems to be ok, but when i try it on chrome browser the page has to reload and then it gets to the anchor instead of doing the fast scroll. And if i try it using Safari it gets worse because the anchors doesn’t work at all.

Hello,

You’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

Thank you, the www solution has worked well in desktop version, but if i try tu use it with a mobile version (ipad or iphone) it doesn’t do anything.

Hello,

You should update the theme to the latest version where mobile menu bug was fixed.
Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database.
