Onlineshop Customer Information Not Working

Hello, these theme has been great so far for our online web store.

However, we’ve noticed that our customers can’t fill out their shipping/billing information when they go to Checkout. This seems to only be happening on mobile/tablet devices.

Can you please tell me why this is happening and how to fix it, ASAP, as we don’t want to lose orders.

Hi Support Team,

If you could please address my inquiry as soon as possible that would be really appreciated. It’s quite urgent as we rely on our customers who use mobile devices.

Again, our customers are not able to put in their information when they Check Out on our store using a mobile or tablet device.

Your assistance in a timely matter would be very appreciated.

Add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile, Custom CSS for tablet:

form.checkout .col-md-5, .col-lg-5 { display: inline-block; }
