Hello, VincentC,
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Let us know the results.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Hello,
Disabling plugins isn’t really an option. Although its strange as it worked fine before and nothing has been changed ever since.

Hello, VincentC,
To potentially resolve your issue, we kindly request that you downgrade your PHP version to 8.0 or 8.1 and verify if the problem persists. Your hosting provider can do the downgrade at your request.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
Hello,
Those versions are no longer support as we self host. We’ve been on PHP 8.3 since the beginning. So doubt that can cause the issue as it worked before. I think after updating the xStore core and theme it didn’t work anymore.
Kind Regards,
Hello, VincentC,
It appears that you are not following any of our recommendations. You have mentioned that the issue is related to the theme update; however, all our other clients have their mobile menu and search functionality working properly.
It seems that there is something specific on your website that is causing this issue. This could be due to a particular setting or an option from a third-party plugin installed on your site. For this reason, we kindly ask you to temporarily disable all third-party plugins and conduct testing to check how the website functions without them.
We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
Warm Regards,
The 8Theme Team
