    Our team is committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient experience, and we take issues like this very seriously. To address this matter promptly, we kindly ask that you provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Additionally, we have noticed that we are currently unable to access your website. We kindly ask you to verify the URL you have provided and ensure there are no IP restrictions or other barriers that might be preventing access.

    We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.

    We kindly request that you arrange for the downgrade of the PHP version to 8.0 on your server. Your hosting service provider should be able to assist you with this process. Should the issue persist after the downgrade, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access to further investigate and resolve the matter.
