Optimal image size on legenda theme - by sophie

Hi,

The speed of my website is quite slow and I performed some speed test online and the problems seem to lie with the images on my website. Could you please let me know the optimal image sizes (for each of the thumbnail, product photo etc) I should upload to my website? From the speed test, I get messages such as:

picture x is resized in HTML or CSS from 570×200 to 293×103. Serving a scaled image could save 41.6KiB (73% reduction).
