Hello, I bought an XStore theme, but in the first installation, an error occurred that when loading it to the server it did not load, then I measured with the GTMetrix and if, as in the other conversations in the forum, they ask for help to solve the TTFB and the rendering.
1.- I would like you to give us more information to solve this since it is something common for everyone, currently I am using Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache, Monitor Query and Smush but still I am still at D60% in GTmetrix.
2.- Change to one of the Elementor templates since the Gutembert editor is very heavy.
3.- They could check my Dashboard since I had to put it on the maintenance screen.
4.- Note that enabling MailChimp becomes heavier even than I can do with this.
5. other messages it shows are with server 500 error only when i change with XStore theme.
Hello,
1) Follow the steps described here https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/ to speed up your site
2) Ok. The Elementor page builder is a very handy builder.
3) Don’t understand your sentence. ” They could check my Dashboard” – who are they?
4) Do you plan to use newsletters? If you don’t then you can just disable that plugin. If you want to create newsletters but Mailchimp is not suitable for you you may look for any other plugins that will be more suitable for your purposes.
5) 500 error means that some fatal error appears on your site. Provide us with server error logs and also with WP Dashboard and FTP access to check this in more detail.
Regards
