    Hello @Red8,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We understand how crucial loading times are for the success of your website, and we are here to help.

From your description, it seems that the admin-ajax.php file is causing a significant delay. This can happen due to various reasons, often involving plugin conflicts or excessive requests being made by certain features on your site.

To better assist you, we would recommend the following steps:

    1. **Disable all plugins temporarily** to see if the loading time improves. If it does, reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit.
    2. **Check your theme and plugins for updates** that might address performance issues.
    3. **Implement caching** if not already in place, as this can significantly reduce the load on admin-ajax.php: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-improve-wp-rocket-settings-with-xstore/
    4. **Optimize the WordPress Heartbeat API** (which uses admin-ajax.php) by reducing its frequency or disabling it where not necessary.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to resolving this issue promptly.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
