Options to add to the main menu, have disappeared

Good afternoon.

Today my wordpress has had the whim to hide the elements that I can make appear in the main menu.

I explain:

When I enter in Appearance-Menu, I have always been able to decide if I wanted my main menu to appear: pages, posts, personalized links, categories, product categories, staticks blocks …

But today, suddenly many of those options have disappeared, and I can not incorporate “product categories”, or “statick bloks”, or “portfolio categories”… into my main menu because they simply do not appear among the alternatives.
I can only add Pages, Posts, custom links and Blog Categories.

Is it possible that I have configured something wrong with the options of the theme, and that’s why those possibilities have disappeared?
