    Hi there!

For some reason I cant get the last products in my shop sorted. As you can see I have nine products 3×3. The should always be black-red-beige. Only the last row doesnt sort properly. For both NL and ENG.All the publication dates are in right chronological order and I have set the sorting method to date, Only this last row of bastards doesnt want to get in the right order.

Can you please have a look?

    Thanks Lizzy

    Hello,

On first sight, it looks fine https://prnt.sc/liqwwv
Sorting relates to WooCommerce functionality. Please check how it looks with a default WC theme – Storefront. In case, Storefront shows products in the same way, you can contact woocommerce support.

Thanks for the quick reply. However I dont get it that you see this… For the last row my order is: red-beige-black instead of black-red-beige. I tested on two browser, three devices and deleted about 20 times cache. Perhaps you have it still in case because I asked you to look at this page also with another issue…

    Thanks,

    Lizzy

It is strange. I’ve checked the shop page in 2 more browsers from which your site won’t open before, the grid looks fine.

    Hi Rose,

Yeah it is indeed very strange and I understand that if we see different things, it makes it even harder for you to check. I have also looked at a Windows computer outside my office and still the same.

Is there any hardcode clear cache action that we both can undertake so we can at least try to get in sync (and then hopefully in the good way)

Moreover, on mobile the product order also doesnt look anymore how it should be. Besides the color order, the last product should be aligned left. Any clue about that? Is it possible that it has to do with the update to the latest version of your core plugin? Perhaps in combination with WC Muktilangual? Although your theme should fully support WC and WPMNL right?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I see. That’s related to the Masonry option, if this option is enabled then products order could be changed by masonry script. Keep this option disabled if the order is very important for you http://prntscr.com/ljxt7w
