i am writing to inform you that the order received page header showing blank when customer place the order.
Pls noted that you solved this issue earlier and provide the code to fixed this issue . i wanted to inform you that provide code already implemented in the child theme.
But its not working now, kindly review the issue and fixed this issue or share the guidance so that i can fixed this issue.

To enable the child theme’s code, please activate the child theme on your website. This action is necessary as the code from the child theme files is not loading under the current configuration.
Alternatively, if you prefer to continue using the parent theme, you will need to install and activate a plugin that allows the addition of custom code snippets. We have already installed such a plugin for you and added the necessary code, which can be reviewed here: https://prnt.sc/j-fzatFJJZO6.

Hi team,
i want t inform you that everything is not functioning as expected, because still on mobile user order received page still showing blank.
pls noted that already website is slow in the initial stage so i don’t want that for small function i have to install a plugin.
as i know and as you shared as well the only work for child theme is to modify the current theme without any lose of modification.and anything change in child theme should be reflect in the parent theme.

as you said that everything working fine. so to verify your statement,i placed a order through mobile.
kindly see the attached screenshot, still for mobile user order received header is not working.it is showing blank .
pls noted that for desktop user its working.

If you mean that your header logo is not displayed on the ‘Thank you’ page then you should just update your theme to latest version as there was released such fix in latest update -> https://prnt.sc/viweAdH4e7TG.
For you we successfully updated theme on your web-site and now you should see the logo in your header on ‘Thank you’ page.

Thanks for updating it. I request you pls remove the code from child theme to fix such issue just because it fixed by updating the theme.
