Ordered successfully, but there is no order for the customer or in the administration

    I tested my store today. I managed to do a lot. I tested ordering items. Everything was done successfully, but there is no order in the site administration, neither in the email to the administrator, nor in the email to the customer.
    Can you help me?

    We appreciate you taking the time to test your store and are glad to hear that most of the process went smoothly. Regarding the issue with orders not appearing in the site administration and no emails being sent to the administrator or customer, we would be happy to assist you.

    To better understand and resolve the issue, please check the following:

    1. Ensure that your payment gateway is properly configured and that the test order was completed successfully (not left in a pending or failed status).
    2. Verify that WooCommerce is correctly set up to send order confirmation emails. You can check this under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
    3. Confirm that your website’s email functionality is working correctly. You may consider using an SMTP plugin to improve email deliverability.
    4. Check if the order is visible under WooCommerce > Orders, and if not, please let us know if any error messages appeared during the checkout process.

    If everything seems to be set up correctly and the issue persists, do a test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
