I have a problem on my website – unable to place an order for the product.
When I click on the product – then add it to the cart – then the website is blocked and sometimes error 503 is issued.
Sometimes you can add to the cart and enter it, but you cannot place an order. The page freezes followed by a 503 error.
Very urgent matter! How to fix it?
Update:
The problem was gone.
I did nothing and it got repaired. I don’t know if this is the end of the problems or if it only improved for a moment.
I will resume the topic as if it broke again sometimes.
