    Hello, Abhinandan,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We hope you are doing well too.

Regarding your queries about integrating shipping notifications and order status updates, please find our responses below:

    1. To fetch details from Shipway (shipping aggregator), you will need to use their API. Shipway provides API documentation that allows you to retrieve tracking information, shipment status, and other relevant data. You may need to register for an API key from Shipway and follow their integration guide to connect it with your website or order management system.

    2. To notify customers for every status update via email, you can either:
    – Use Shipway’s built-in notification system, which can automatically send email and SMS updates to customers based on shipment status.
    – Alternatively, if you are using WooCommerce or another eCommerce platform, you can integrate Shipway with your store and use a plugin or custom code to trigger email notifications when the shipment status changes.

    3. To set the order status to “Completed” automatically once the shipment is delivered, you may need to implement a webhook or scheduled task that listens for the “Delivered” status from Shipway and then updates the order status in your store accordingly. If your current setup is already doing this in auto mode, but you wish to customize or ensure it works consistently, we recommend reviewing the automation rules or plugin settings you are using.

Please note that your questions are not directly related to our theme but rather pertain to the functionality of WooCommerce and third-party plugins. This situation would be the same regardless of the theme you are using. Therefore, we kindly suggest reaching out to the support team of the respective plugins for more accurate assistance.

    Dear @Abhinandan,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We would like to inform you that your request does not pertain to our theme. To further investigate the issue, we recommend testing it using a default theme such as Storefront. If the problem persists with the default theme, we kindly suggest contacting WooCommerce support, as previously advised.

Please note that our support is limited to issues related specifically to our themes and products.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
