We’ve got a problem with one of our sites that is coming up with an internal server error at the point of ordering for the customers.
I’ve discovered the site has out of date template files, how do I update them? We’ve updated the theme recently.
Hello,
Internal server error is related to server configuration. Contact your hosting provider support to check error logs why this error appears.
As for the files you shouldn’t worry about those notices. They won’t affect your site at all. We edited Woocommerce files in wp-content/themes/blanco/woocommerce directory and old version may be written in those files. But, please don’t worry, as the original version is written in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates directory.
Also when you update the theme you need remove “woocommerce” folder in wp-content/themes/blanco directory and it will be reuploaded from the new theme package.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
I’ve already updated it, if I remove woo commerce from the folder, will it allow me to update again?
Hello,
Sorry, but it’s not clear. You can reupload theme files as many times as you need.
Please note you should remove “woocommerce” folder in the theme directory, not in wp-content/plugins directory and reupload it from the theme package, not from the Woocommerce plugin.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
I’ve downloaded the files of 4.6.1 and gone into the template folder but Blanco isn’t there?
Only twentyfifteen, twentyfourteen and twentysixteen?
Hello,
You can download theme archive on ThemeForest site https://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246 , log in with Envato account credentials and find the archive in Downloads section.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
