Out of Stock Items are not able to click on the shop page.

Hi 8themes Support, As you can see in the attached screenshot all the out of stock items with variations are not clickable, Could you please make the out of stock variation colors clickable on all pages. The customer wants to see at least the color of the out of stock items but they are not clickable. Could you please fix it

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory > Out of stock visibility > Hide out-of-stock items from the catalog

I don’t want to hide. I want them to be able to click and see the colors on the dashboard. But when user clicks on the product page
then it should show that it’s out of stock

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

We would like to inform you that there is currently no setting available to enable the selection of out-of-stock variation colors. To address this, we had to make modifications to the following file:

/wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/packages/st-woo-swatches/public/js/frontend.min.js

Please be aware that these changes will be overwritten when the XStore Core plugin is updated in the future. We recommend keeping this in mind for any upcoming updates.

Hi, Thanks for getting back. I can see still there are not changes and out of stock variations are not clickable.

They are clickable on the product page, but I want them to be clickable on the shop, category pages as well. Customer should be able to see the color of out of stock items on the shop page by clicking on the color swatch. but right now it’s not clicable as you can see in the screenshot.

The colors are clickable on our end. Please check the attachment.

I have disabled the cache of my website but anyway i again cleared the cache but still there is no change I am not able to click the out of stock items in shop page

Here is the proof video link for (out of stock items not clickable) and filter not working properly. When the customer select a color from the color filter. The product should be filtered and show the variation as per the selected color. Please assist in this regard
