Out of Stock Varient should be strikeout.

We have checked your website and You are using a 3rd-party plugin – Variation Swatches for WooCommerce, but we offer our own variation swatches https://youtu.be/LgzC4iK-j6A?feature=shared In case you are not using our swatches you need to contact the support of the plugin directly.
