    Hi!

I need to show out of stock items, but then, if any variation is out of stock (only one o more of the variations), in the shop page appears without crossline (I need to show it)
I selected cross line in “Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Variation Swatches “ but it doesn’t work

So I enabled “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory. Now I get out of stock swatches with cross line, but the page not show out of stock items

I need to show both options. Something like this: https://www.mrporter.com/en-it/mens/product/loro-piana/clothing/rollnecks/ribbed-baby-cashmere-mock-neck-sweater/9679066508504532

    How can I do that?

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards

    Hello, Marie,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

The product from the Private Content area is simple, not variable. Once the “Hide out of stock products from catalog” is activated the product will be hidden from Shop, it is correct behavior.
Our cross-line for out-of-stock variations works only in case “Hide out of stock products from catalog” option is activated, there is no other way to make it works, unfortunately.
“I need to show both options.” – unfortunately, this is not possible, right now.

You can post the request to our taskboard https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team can read it there.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi Rose,

Thanks, but I was no talking about wishlist. The problem is with waitlist

In this product, if you click in any out of stock size, you can see a grey button (avisame)
    https://web7clicks.com/alabama/tienda/sueter-benelli-prueba/

But if it is a simple product, there is no button

    Hello, Marie,

    Thank you for your response.

You are using an additional plugin for the waitlist. Have you tried to contact the support of the plugin?

We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

1/ Is the button visible when our single product builder is disabled?
2/ Is the button visible when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi, Rose!

    Yes, I understand.

1 and 2. Yes the button is visible with your single product builder is disabled or with the default theme is activated.

Can I fix it with css?

    Best regards

    Hello, Marie,

    Thank you for your response.

It is impossible to do with CSS.
As our builder uses own hooks some code from extra plugins should be modified and added by Code snippets of child-theme/functions.php

For this time we copied the solution we provided here → https://www.8theme.com/topic/woocommerce-waitlist-incompatibility-for-single-products-part-2/#post-344356 but we had to modify it for you in next way → https://prnt.sc/xp7lt_9NjA7E because it seems one of you plugins rewrites global $product variable with product name → https://prnt.sc/qJ6-Kf1vWGv2https://prnt.sc/kAVJPkhL6Jpo that is a very and very not good idea for them.

Waiting for your reply on our solution btw!

    Kind Regards,
