Outdated woo commerce files in classico child theme V 0.0.1

Hi,

I’m having this message : “Your theme (Classico Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

Is it possible to find an updated version of the plugin?

It seems. But we noticed several compatibility issues with woo commerce plugins as :

– woocommerce Product addons
– Woocommerce helper
– Woocommerce box office

We tried with another theme and it seems to happen only with Classico. So we need this to be fixed. I can provide some screencaps if needed.

Hello,

Please delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/classico/ and upload woocommerce folder from the latest theme archive that you may download on ThemeForest.
Then please check compatibility and describe problem one by one with screenshots.

Hi,

I did what you recommended: delete the woocommerce folder located in wp-content/themes/classico/ and use the woocommerce folder found in the latest version of the classio theme on Theme Forest.

Unfortunately this creates multiple errors. With the “regular” Woocommerce version (downloaded on woocommerce), the “product” page no longer works anymore: the layout has disappeared as well as the purchase buttons.

And if I use the woocommerce folder found in the classico folder, I have this Fatal error: “Call to undefined function WC () in /www/boutique.unbeaujour.fr/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-box-office/includes/class-wc-box-office-ticket-frontend .php on line 30” (concerns a woocommerce plugin)

Hello,

I do not see woocommerce folder in theme folder http://prntscr.com/gndghk, please upload woocommerce folder from ThemeForest archive of the theme into classico folder. Let me know result.

This problem relates to WooCommerce Box Office plugin. We made some changes in cart.php, so please check now.
If you face any other problem, please describe in detail and provide screenshots.

I got the same warning: “Your theme (Classico Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. Classico Theme bought Mar 14 2018, v.2.1
WooCommerce v.3.3.3

It shows these files outdated in system status page:
classico/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2,
classico/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2,

Please advise!

Hello @phssaddlery,

Please see screenshot – http://prntscr.com/irfw14 You may ignore the message about outdated files until new theme version will be released. This won’t make an effect on your site. Before update any plugin you need to be sure that theme and other plugins that you use are compatible with the new version.
