Hello,
We have an issue on our website as customers are able to over order on the Safari browser.
When visitors are on the Chrome, Firefox, IE they can add a product with a stock quantity of 1 to the cart, but when they overtype the quality amount they get a warning informing them that there isn’t any stock. This works perfect.
However, when a visitor is on the Safari browser, they can add a product with a stock quantity of 1 to the cart, but when they overtype the quantity amount the website accepts it. This has meant we’ve had orders where we’ve not been able to fulfil.
Please can you look into this ASAP?
In the private content, I have included the website URL and the URL of a product which has a quantity of 1. If you add this to the cart and overtype the quantity, you’ll be able to reproduce the issue.
Note: The website is running the latest version of WordPress, WooCommerce and has the latest theme installed.
Thanks, we look forward to hearing from you.
Hello,
We checked the site in Safari browser and didn’t see the issue, the message is shown that there is only one product in stock http://prnt.sc/cwnq0o

You need to add the product to the cart/shopping basket.
If you try to use the arrows, it’ll come up with the error message.
Instead, you need to overtype the quantity (highlight the 1 and type 9), then press the ‘Update’ button.
This then allows you to over order.
We’ve tested this on five different Macs (using Safari) and it’s happening on everyone.
Hello,
Please watch the video:

We still can’t replicate the issue.

Hi,
I’ve watched the video and you’re trying to overtype the quantity on the product page, this isn’t where the problem occurs.
The problem occurs on the cart/basket page.
To recreate the issue, you need to add the product as you did in the video, then once you’ve added one to the cart/basket, you need to visit the cart/basket page (see link below) and overtype the quantity there. That’s where the issue happens.
Hope that helps?
Sorry if I didn’t explain it well enough in the first place, it’s a tricky problem to detail in a support ticket.
Hello,
Please provide WP admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Eva Kemp.
The details have been added to the private content section.
Hello,
The problem is not related to our theme, but to Woocommerce. We activated their theme Storfront and the issue persists there too. We recommend you to contact their support, perhaps they have some solution for you.

Eva Kemp.
