    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check how it works then.

    Regards

    Hello,

    Do you use Jetpack?
Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.

    Regards

Hi, I have revert the website using updraft to before the jetpack plugin update.

is this known error from jetpack and should not update jetpack until next version is out?

    Hello,

Contact Jetpack plugin author to get help with this. Probably some option of the Jetpack plugin causes the issue, they should be aware of which one.

    Regards

    Hello,

We are not plugin developers, so we don’t have such information. Contact plugin author support or check the plugin changelog.

    Regards
