I know the page builder can be uploaded from 8theme.com/downloads. But why it is not updating from Theme’s plugin installer?

Does the problem persist with this particular plugin only?
Please provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We need to check the problem more deeply.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

I would like to inform you hereby that this plugin cant be updated if GTM4wp is active. So it is now direct effecting my main plugin GTM4WP to decrease my sales.
As Wpbakery page builder is provided by your team indirectly. Which custom codes you guys added this time into this plugin additionally that it is now direct conflicting with GTM4WP and couldn’t update wpbakery without deactivating GTM4WP?

We did not edit the code of WPBakery plugin, we provide it as it is from the plugin author.
We can’t be responsible for compatible with 3rd party plugins on your site.
You can contact the support of GTM4WP about their compatibility with WPBakery plugin.
Another way of the plugin update is: Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.
