    Hello Luc,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

    Hello, luc,

Thank you for providing us with the necessary access. Upon review, we have identified that the issue stems from an incorrect script loading on the page.

    Specifically, the file
    plugins/et-core-plugin/app/models/pages-import/js/import.js
is being loaded from an incorrect directory, namely
    core/app/models/pages-import/js/import.js
It appears that this directory does not physically exist and may be a virtual directory created by some form of optimizer.

In order to proceed with our work, we need to make some modifications to the import.js file. However, these changes are not being reflected due to the incorrect file being loaded.

Could you please revert to the default method of script loading so that we can continue our tasks effectively?

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

    Best Regards,

    Hi,
I think I revert everything to the default method of script loading.

    Hello, luc,

Thank you for switching the script loading settings. We have addressed the issue by making modifications to the following files:

    - et-core-plugin/app/models/pages-import/js/app/models/pages-import/js/import.js
    - et-core-plugin/app/models/pages-import/js/app/models/pages-import/template-parts/popup.php

Please verify that everything is functioning as expected. Additionally, these changes will be included in the upcoming update.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
