Hello, queenb123.
Let’s imagine you select boxed layout for the main content are, then set background for the whole site and adding two html forms. Both forms are adjusted with csstransform properity and not showing on mobile. Other elements seems like can be recreated with Visual Composer and Revslider. But there are also a lot of css customizaton shouldbe done for woocommerce.
