Pages won't scroll - by ywickham - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I just updated the IDStore theme on a website and it has caused an issue with scrolling on the site pages. I can scroll using the scrollbars, but the scroll doesn’t work with the mouse wheel. This is a problem for my client.

I turned off all the plugins and was able to isolate the issue to some sort of conflict with the theme (version 3.6) and Woocommerce 2.2.8.

I’ve checked your site and it’s scrolled with mouse wheel.
What browser are you using?
Try to check it with some other browser.

Hi Eva,

I did check in another browser when I initially made my post, but at the time it wasn’t working.

Today it seems to be only a problem with Chrome/Mac.

We’ve checked your site in Chrome browser with the same version and haven’t found any issues.
Sorry, but we can’t find the reason why it’s not working on your side.
Try to disable Nice Scroll in Theme Options and check again.
