Parallax effect does not run - by Timpa - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, i’m having this problem. In my test website the parallax effect does not run until I don’t open the Chrome inspection bar.

    Hello,

    1) Which block on the site has the problem with parallax? Could you, please provide a screenshot of the problem?
    You can use such screenshot maker as Lightshot https://prnt.sc/
    Also, please provide temporary wp-admin access.
    2) You need to create custom.css file (rename the file “default.custom.css” which is located in theme directory) or disable “Enable Custom CSS file” in Theme Options > Custom css.
    3) Please re-upload these images https://prnt.sc/lpydxs

    I can add that if I remove the 2 rows with “mansory grid” right above the parallax effetc starts running again

    Hello,

    This is not the theme issue. This is bug of the WPBakery plugin effect, it does not work even with the default WP theme https://gyazo.com/26131e31565baa33bf11de9731e746cb . I have added custom code in child theme style.css to fix the issue

    .vc_parallax .vc_parallax-inner {
        background-attachment: fixed;
    }

    Check now.

    Hi, I’m having this new problem. I’ve installed Contact form plugin, but when I save a noew form, wordpress tells me

    and no form listed below. If I click on “Validate Contact Form 7 Configuration” ink, I see “validate 0 Contact form now

    now I’ve tried rewind the theme updates, but I’ve problem with the db, I’ll tell you when I’ll solve.

    it seams was a problem on remote server, so the theme upgrade and the db import was failed/uncomplete.
