Hello, @Ajaz,
We have checked your site and found that you’re encountering some issues with achieving the desired parallax effect while maintaining the full display of the image within Elementor. Here are some steps and considerations you can take to troubleshoot and optimize your setup:
1/ Image Size: Using images with a large enough resolution is crucial for ensuring they display properly as full backgrounds without losing quality or cropping. Try using images with a resolution of at least 1920px wide for optimal results.
2/ Aspect Ratio: Make sure your images have an aspect ratio that matches the aspect ratio of the column or section where you’re placing them. This helps avoid any distortion or cropping issues.
3/ Position and Attachment Settings: You mentioned wanting the image to be centered and fixed with the parallax effect. You should be able to achieve this within the Elementor settings. Ensure that you have set the position to “center center,” attachment to “fixed,” and display size to “cover” for the desired effect.
4/ Test Different Settings: Experiment with different combinations of settings to see which ones work best for your specific design and content. Sometimes, certain settings might interact in unexpected ways, so it’s essential to test thoroughly.
5/ CSS Customization: If the built-in options within Elementor aren’t giving you the desired results, you may need to apply custom CSS to achieve the effect you want. This could involve adjusting the background position, size, or other properties to fine-tune the appearance of the image.
By following these steps and considerations, you should be able to optimize your Elementor setup to achieve the desired parallax effect while displaying full images without cropping. If you continue to encounter issues, don’t hesitate to reach out, Our support team for further assistance.

I have closed this topic because Rose is not helpful.
I am asking for specific results and this should be a simple solution from you.
I am beginning to regret purchasing this theme and I won’t be using this effect. It is very complicated to get a simple result and then Rose is not being helpful.
Service is poor when asked for a simple solution.
