    Besides the padding and margin options in visual composer i cannot find anywhere to resize the Parallax effect. I don’t mind manually resizing in css but if i can avoid that i will do so. Let me also say i am using the E-commerce version. Secondly, i cannot seem to get the slider to appear how it does on the demo. It always seems to be misconfigured, could someone please advise on this. Thanks in advance for your support.

    Hello,
    1) You can add padding and margin for section see screenshot margin_parallax
    2) Provide admin panel access in Private Content and I’ll try to help you.

         -ms-transform: none;
          -o-transform: none;
             transform: none;

    this hasn’t fixed the issue. i have cloned all the settings and adding the custom.css. My parallax box still displays as half the size.

    Hello,

    The background image displays on Firefox and Chrome, the problem persists only on Safari for Windows. The reason is Safari for Windows is no longer supported. Try to use some other browser that is updated.

    Regards

    Sorry but unfortunately we are not able to fix this issue as we are not the developers of Safari browser. As I’ve said you before Safari for Windows isn’t supported any more.
    Could you please provide us with the link where the background image isn’t displayed? For me it’s showing properly on Safari, except of the video background (and that can be caused by the non-supported version of browser).

    Regards
