Parent menu item not clickable on mobile devices

the parent menu item is not clickable on mobile devices.

for example the STORE and RESOURCES items are not clickable, please check image attached.

please we need an immediate solution to this

Hello, HadiHassoun,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

For your convenience, navigate to the following path within the theme settings: Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile Menu > Dropdown Opening Action, and set it to ‘Off’.

Dear Rose,

i think you missed understand me, after following the steps you mentioned, the parent menu item wont click any more, as i mentioned from the beginning when clicked nothing happen and what i need is to be clicked and navigate me to the store page.

please assist as soon as possible.
