I installed theme and tries a couple methods to get the “default red” demo but pages didnt populate and had to try multiple times to get home page ect, and i take it the photos arent there for copyright reasons. Just wanted to start from the demo and dismantle from there

Hi,

Is it possible to delete the whole site and install it freshly?

before that make sure your hosting plan meets this requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

if not contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the server configuration

well the theme cant be used on my server apparently they would require me to get a vps as 200 per month. Kind of overkill for a theme. Wow is this just to import or is this to run the theme I have both designed and developed themes, bought 100s of themes and never have i had the requirements you just mentioned to run one.

these are some info that admin gave me in chat. OpenSSL system library: 1.0 version, or higher; he stated I would have to have an vps

safe mode = Off (cannot adjust)
memory_limit = 256M (MAXIMUM)
max_execution_time = 30 (MAXIMUM in seconds)
max_input_time = 60 (MAXIMUM in seconds)
post_max_size = 64M (MAXIMUM)
upload_max_filesize = 64M (MAXIMUM)
enable_dl = Off (cannot adjust)

and yes i could dump that install and start over but looks like it wont work if i cant have what you mentioned

Hello,

If you were able to activate theme then everything is fine with your OpenSSL. About other parameters, they are normal on your server. I checked the link that you provided and see that you installed the default red version.
So, let me know what elements are missing?

yes theme is active but has a request to set memory to 128 minimum but i can get that worked out. Regarding the content that didnt make it from demo a bunch of the pages and some of the woocommerce pages. Also about us, contact ect ect pretty much all the pages actually other than home page and that i am unsure if its complete.

So basically the them version I chose as its listed as a demo doesnt import everything during import? FUn

yes I think so too, I could just allow you to do the import as I also believe that visual composer is not installed properly, posts just show vc tags in classic editor mode no vc available, other sites that i use vc or wpbakery shows on posts as well. Just want a clean start thats all. Let me know.
