Paste from another site Elementor XStore

Hello, I’m recreating a website I’ve made, but for another country. I need the same sections I’ve made on the first website. When I’m trying to paste the section from a domain to the other using “Paste prom other site” button, it shows me the next error: https://prnt.sc/xp-uz7db58i1

The both stores have the last versions of themes and updates.
Can you help me, please? thank you.

Record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

You can use templates (Save page as template) https://elementor.com/help/template-library/ to copy pages between sites.
