I’m applying patch on my site. And it displays patch applied successfully. But when I check it back after several hours or days, it’s showing to apply patch again. Also, I’m not getting the update option for theme updated yesterday.

    Hello @Mohit Prajapati,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We recommend that you ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of the Theme and Core plugin. If not, please try updating the theme and core plugin and then recheck the patches. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

Thanks for the update. I’ve already tried to check for the new version of theme. But there’s no update showing on my site. Everything seems to be at their latest version. So, what can I do?

    Hello, @Mohit Prajapati,

Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.
