Pausing the support when not using it - by TFS

    Hello,

    Can we pause the support for a theme if we are not using it for a while or is this not possible?

    Hello Tony,

    No problem!
    So lets say my “time” for help gets finished.

    How can I get help from your company? Is there anyway to do this directly?
    Or does this have to be done via envato?
