We kindly request that you conduct a test when the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, is activated on your website. This can be done by navigating to Appearance > Themes within your site’s dashboard.
Should the issue persist regardless of the theme activated, we advise you to seek assistance from the WooCommerce plugin support team for further investigation. In case you are using an additional plugin for Payments, contact support of that plugin directly.

Please record a video of how it should work. Additionally, provide temporary FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Thank you for your response. But we need the video that shows the correct work when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated from you. When we try to test with Storefront, it seems the issue persists independently of the theme.
